Maven MentorshipMentors training
Overview
The Maven Mentorship programme is a global best practice benchmarked evidence-based programme. In keeping with these high standards it is imperative that each mentor is trained to carry out the mentoring as provided in the curriculum whilst using tools that are developed and continuously renewed for the programme.
This includes research-based practices and evidence based monthly reviews. It is imperative for the mentor to journey with the mentee for the entire course of the relationship, approximately one year.
Training for Mentors is conducted for one week with regular intakes of new Mentors. An application form to become a Mentor is available for download below.

Industrial Visit to Synresins Ltd.:Industrial Visit to Synresins Ltd for Risha Education Centre courtesy of Synresins Ltd and The Maven Mentorship Society. The educational tour of the factory generously included lunch and gifts from Synresins Ltd. The students and staff heard Mr. Arun Devani’s motivational life story as he encouraged them never to give up, always work hard and uphold positive values.
